The Origin Story
Synthesis dV was founded on a simple premise: Hope is not a strategy.
As a Program Manager leading high-stakes, business-wide initiatives, Chris Harrison saw a recurring pattern. Organizations treat change as a "soft skill"—relying on communication plans and cheerleading. But in the real world of complex operations, this isn't enough.
We apply discipline to the chaos of human behavior. We believe change is a physics problem. It requires a specific amount of force (Impulse) to overcome the organizational mass (Inertia).
